Some Feral employees might be able to offer advice in these forums and on our Facebook page ( but as it is not supported the time we can spend on answering questions will be limited. As this is a new installer and not officially supported you can really help by double checking everything before starting. Please watch the video on the RomeModSetup download before running the installer, the video is a guide with text instructions showing every stage of installing the mod and loading it. You can install the mod manually if you know how to (no instructions are provided) however we strongly suggest the usage of the RomeModSetup image to install the mod as the cleanest solution. The Mac mod enabler and installer can be found here: Apart from this the Mac and PC mods are data identical making it easy to update the Mac mod when PC updates are released.
Known issues in this initial version are mostly related to the in game videos, they have not all been converted to Mac format so some of the in game videos might not play correctly on the Mac. This mod is a conversion of the latest version of RTR and has been converted for Mac users, although not supported by Feral (The Mac Rome developers) the port was done by a Feral employee. The RTR Mod is now available for the Mac.
